Floor23 Care was founded by Candace and Darick Spears in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a mission to provide compassionate, personalized assisted living in a true home environment.
Our family’s personal experience navigating care needs taught us the importance of finding a place where individuals are truly known, valued, and supported—not just processed through a system. That experience inspired us to create Floor23 Care, where every resident receives the individual attention they deserve.

Founder's Message
I founded Floor23 Care with my husband Darick after our family’s experience navigating the care system. We learned how important it is to find a place where individuals are genuinely cared for as people, not just patients.
Darick’s grandmother’s Milwaukee home became the perfect setting for our vision. We’ve transformed it into a warm, caring environment where adults needing support can find the personal attention and dignity they deserve.

Floor23 Care is a comfortable, well-maintained home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our facility features:
- Three private bedrooms for residents
- Comfortable common living areas
- Dining room for family-style meals
- Safe, secure, home-like environment
- Single story – ambulatory
We’re proud to be a licensed Adult Family Home through the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and certified to accept Family Care and IRIS Medicaid.
