I am Candace Spears, the heart and soul behind Floor23 Care, a dream my husband and I brought to life. Our daughter’s journey, filled with challenges and triumphs, taught us the profound importance of a supportive community. Her resilience and spirit have been our driving force, shaping Floor23 Care into a place where individuals with similar needs can find understanding, care, and opportunities to thrive.
