Life at Floor23 Care follows a comfortable, familiar rhythm:

  • 7:00 AM – Wake-up, morning personal care
  • 8:00 AM – Breakfast together and medications
  • 9:00 AM – Morning activities and appointments
  • 12:00 PM – Home-cooked lunch
  • 1:00 PM – Afternoon activities or outings
  • 3:00 PM – Snacks, social time
  • 5:30 PM – Dinner
  • 7:00 PM – Evening relaxation
  • 9:00 PM – Prepare for bed
  • Overnight – Staff on duty

Schedule is flexible and adapted to each resident’s preferences and needs.

Q: Is the home wheelchair accessible? A: No. However our home is a single story home, with a ramp in the back for easy access to the yard. We are not licensed to have non-ambulatory residents (individuals that cannot walk).

What We Cannot Accommodate

To be transparent, our small home-like setting is not appropriate for individuals who:

❌ Require 24/7 skilled nursing care

❌ Need specialized dementia care for severe wandering/elopement

❌ Have uncontrolled aggressive behaviors

❌ Require two-person transfers for all mobility

❌ Need IV medications or complex wound care beyond 7 hours/week

If care needs exceed our capabilities, we’ll work with families to find appropriate placement.
